Speech by Chairman of Honghui Energy, Mr. Wang Jialiang

At 13:58, the opening ceremony officially began, with Chairman of Honghui Energy, Mr. Wang Jialiang, expressing warm welcome to all the guests attending the celebration of the new headquarters of Honghui Energy. He thanked the government, shareholders, investors, and clients for their understanding, support, and cooperation. He also highlighted the company’s achievements since its establishment and introduced the strategic layout currently being implemented by Honghui Energy. He mentioned that the company has developed into a company with a full range of flywheel products and successfully completed demonstration projects, leading the development of group standards and national standards, undertaking national innovative projects. This year, the company’s orders are expected to exceed ten billion yuan, marking a period of explosive growth.

“To meet the rapid growth in demand, with the strong support of the Chaoyang District government, state-owned investment control group, and Chaoyang Technology Group, the company is relocating its headquarters here. At the same time, we will establish large-scale manufacturing bases in Nantong Qidong City in the Yangtze River Delta, Zhongshan City in the Greater Bay Area, and Tangshan City in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.” Representatives from the Nantong base, Tangshan base, and Zhongshan base expressed their commitment to advancing production progress and implementing various work measures.

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Technology Innovation Center is the first comprehensive national technology innovation center and a strategically important science and technology force in China. The ceremony for the establishment of the new headquarters of Honghui Energy invited Deputy Director Ms. Luo Lin to deliver a speech.

During the event, Dr. Li Shusheng, Chief Technology Officer of Honghui Energy, conducted an in-depth technical sharing session. He elaborated on how Honghui Energy, based on its Galaxy series of flywheel products, has been deeply researching customer needs and pain points, expanding across multiple platforms with technology at its core, ensuring smoother and further progress on the road to mass production.

After several years of development, Honghui Energy has met the prerequisites for an IPO, and we will work together with Huatai United Securities to start the listing application process. The final part of the celebration was the signing ceremony between Huatai United Securities and Honghui Energy. Huatai United Securities’ President, Mr. Ma Xiao, introduced the IPO situation of Honghui Energy as a flywheel energy storage enterprise in the capital market. Subsequently, Mr. Wang Jialiang, Chairman of Honghui Energy, and President Ma Xiao of Huatai United Securities exchanged agreements for the IPO application of Honghui Energy and took a commemorative photo together. With the support of Huatai United Securities, we believe that Honghui Energy’s path to IPO will be smooth and successful.
